Teresa is Director of A Greener Festival, and co-founder of Green Events and Innovations the annual sustainability conference for event organisers. She is a sustainability expert consultant, author, speaker, and researcher and has worked with Greenpeace and Download Festival, Without Walls, Great Run Company, Royal Parks amongst many others She had a successful academic career before moving back into industry and has undertaken several notable pieces of research into sustainability, live music, and events. Author “Greening the Live Industry” chapter in Present and Future of Music Law (2021) Co- authored “A Case Study of the A Greener Festival Initiative” (2019). Researched and presented findings of Live Music Census of the City of Bristol, UK to the All -Party Parliamentary Committee for Music. UK Music (2016). She was a UK Mirror Committee member for ISO20121 Teresa is currently undertaking a PhD in sustainability and event management focusing on pro environmental behaviour change.
